“After a trying day searching for allergy safe food in Bowral, I was delighted to indulge in the bistros food. My whole party enjoyed their meals. It was coeliac safe, with plenty of options. Double points for a low histamine, dairy free, gluten free and low Fodmap option. The staff were very accommodating and happy to answer all my allergy food related questions. The steak was tender, the chips were delicious and crispy. The meal was topped off by our close seat next to the roaring fireplace. 100% happy with our experience.”
